Returns & Refunds Policy

At Saddle & Sorcery, we want you to love every order you receive. As a small independent business, each box and order is carefully curated and packed with care, so we kindly ask that you read our policy below before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Books must show no signs of wear or damage
- All original packaging should be included where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Signed books or personalised items
- Subscription boxes or preorder boxes
- Opened self-care products or candles
- Digital products
- Sale or clearance items

Minor Imperfections Disclaimer

As book lovers ourselves, we always do our best to ensure every item arrives in beautiful condition. However, due to the nature of book manufacturing and shipping, minor cosmetic imperfections may occasionally occur.

Small imperfections such as slight corner wear, light scuffing, minor printing inconsistencies, or small marks from the publisher/printer may not be considered damage and therefore may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Pre-orders & Special Edition Boxes

Many of our boxes and special editions are created in collaboration with indie authors, printers, and small businesses. Because of this, estimated shipping dates may occasionally change due to supplier, production, or printing delays outside of our control.

We will always keep customers updated as much as possible regarding any timeline changes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage/items
- Packaging photos where applicable

We will always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or faulty.
